30-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
Our goal is to satisfy our customers needs and desires for the best fitting shoes and boots available online. If you are not satisfied with the fit and feel of your purchase, we will gladly exchange them, within 30 days of purchase, for you.
**Exception for all Exchanges: There are absolutely NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on any clearance/closeout item, no exceptions. Muck and Stuff is not responsible for customer dissatisfaction regarding the fit, color, sizing, etc… of any clearance/closeout item. When purchasing a clearance/closeout item, the customer assumes all liability of their purchase.
You must receive authorization via email or phone prior to returning your merchandise for exchange. We must keep track of inventory, therefore, any returns without authorization may not be approved for exchange.
Items may be exchanged with no shipping charge for the first exchange; additional exchanges will be assessed the Shipping costs. Simply follow the instructions outlined below.
If you have purchased a size and it does not fit to your satisfaction, you may return it provided you have not worn the boots or shoes outside and they are being returned in “like new” condition.
The product must be returned in the original Muck Boot™ box and the return shipment must be inside of another box, please do not attach any type of shipping label to the original Muck Boot™ box. We will need the invoice/order number along with the correct size and desired ship to address enclosed with the returned boots.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to: MuckBootsandShoes.com. If we are shipping back to a PO Box address, you will need to enclose a check in the amount of $18.95.
Discontinued Items and all items shipped to Alaska & Hawaii are not covered under our Return/Exchange Policy. All of these items are considered final sales, and are not applicable to return, unless for manufacturer defect.

If we have made an error in our shipment to you, please contact us. Secondly we will issue a UPS call tag for the item to be returned and send you the correct size. The corrected shipment will be shipped within 3-6 business days.
