If you are not satisfied with the fit and feel of your purchase, we will gladly exchange them, within 30 days of purchase, for you once. Simply follow the instructions outlined below.
1.) If you have purchased a size and it does not fit to your satisfaction, you may return it provided you have not worn the boots or shoes outside and they are being returned in “like new” condition. The product must be returned in the original Muck Boot™ box and the return shipment must be inside of another box, please do not attach any type of shipping label to the original Muck Boot™ box. We will need a copy of your e-mail confirmation along with the correct size and desired ship to address.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to: MuckBootsandShoes.com. If we are shipping back to a PO Box address, you will need
to enclose a check in the amount of $18.95. 2.) Return shipments may be sent via US Postal Service or UPS to:

First you will need to notify us by e-mail at the following address:returns@muckbootsandshoes.com. Secondly we will issue a UPS call tag for the item to be returned and send you the correct size. The corrected shipment will be shipped within 3-6 business days. Shipping Policy All products that are in stock when we receive the order will be shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. We strive to fill every order as quickly and completly as possible, but there are times due to the popularity of the Muck Boot™ products that the demand could result in an out of stock situation. If for any reason we are unable to fill your order in a timely manner we will notify you via email with the estimated ship date of your order, or with a suggested substitution. We offer FREE UPS regular ground service within the 48 Continental United States. Due to the added expense for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii there will be a $20.00 fee for each pair of shoes or boots. All orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Other shipping methods are available which include UPS next day air, UPS second day air, UPS third day or UPS Saturday delivery all of these expedited shipping options must be received prior to 3:00PM Central Standard Time Monday through Friday. All shipping to PO Box’s will be via the US Postal Service and will incur a $18.95 fee. For shipping outside the 48 Continental United States please email us at orders@muckbootsandshoes.com and we will notify you of the charges. Return Policy Purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt of product. We require that you contact us via email at orders@muckbootsandshoes.com for your return request. Our policy is to only accept a return that is in “like new" condition. If you are returning merchandise due to a defect or if the merchandise was received damaged we will replace the merchandise or upon request provide a full refund. If there was an error in the ordering process such as the wrong size ordered or if you are just not satisfied with your purchase, we will require the customer to cover the return shipping charges via UPS or the US Postal Service.
