Our goal is to satisfy our customer's needs and desires for the best fitting shoes and boots available online. If you are not satisfied with the fit and feel of your purchase, we will gladly exchange them, within 30 days of purchase, for you. Items may be exchanged with no shipping charge for the first exchange; additional exchanges will be assessed the Shipping costs. Simply follow the instructions outlined below. - If you have purchased a size and it does not fit to your satisfaction, you may return it provided you have not worn the boots or shoes outside and they are being returned in "like new" condition.
- The product must be returned in the original Muck Boot™ box securely packaged inside another box so the original box is not damaged.
- Please do not attach any type of shipping label to the original Muck Boot™ box. The distribution center will not accept any return with a damaged box.
- Enclose a pre-approved authorization number with your invoice number and information for the size shoe you are requesting for exchange, or you are requesting a refund. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will either credit your charge card or send your exchange request.
- You will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to: MuckBootsandShoes.com. If we are shipping back to a PO Box address, you will need to enclose a check in the amount of $18.95.
Return shipments may be sent via US Postal Service or UPS to: Muck and Stuff 4121 Old Post Rd Texarkana, AR 71854. ***You MUST receive an Authorization from us PRIOR to returning your footwear. Any item(s) returned without an authorization may result in no credit issued as we must maintain a return tracking system to identify your shipment. Discontinued Items and all items shipped to Alaska & Hawaii are not covered under our Return/Exchange Policy. All of these items are considered final sales, and are not applicable to return, unless for manufacturer defect. If we have made an error in our shipment to you the correction is simple. First you will need to notify us by e-mail at the following address: returns@muckbootsandshoes.com. Secondly we will issue a UPS call tag for the item to be returned and send you the correct size. The corrected shipment will be shipped within 3-6 business days. Shipping PolicyAll products that are in stock when we receive the order will be shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. We strive to fill every order as quickly and completly as possible, but there are times due to the popularity of the Muck Boot™ products that the demand could result in an out of stock situation. If for any reason we are unable to fill your order in a timely manner we will notify you via email with the estimated ship date of your order, or with a suggested substitution. We offer FREE UPS regular ground service within the 48 Continental United States. Due to the added expense for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii there will be a $10.00 fee for each pair of shoes or boots. All orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Other shipping methods are available which include UPS next day air, UPS second day air or UPS Saturday delivery. If you prefer any shipping method other than UPS regular ground service please notify us via email at orders@muckbootsandshoes.com with your request. We will then notify you of the ship date and the extra charges that will be billed to your credit card. All shipping to PO Box's will be via the US Postal Service and will incur a $18.95 fee.
